Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our innovative cloud software and digital solutions to the worlds top enterprise clients. As a key member in our customers journey, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while continuously focusing on client satisfaction and improvement.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and exciting global fortune 2000 clients to define project objectives, allocate resources, and monitor progress. You will also maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their expectations are met and identifying opportunities for future engagement. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Work with client stakeholders on project planning, timeline agreements, project reviews and approval feedback
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation among the greater pool of company resources
- Develop detailed project plans to help guide the team, and monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Staying connected with client stakeholders on project success and future iteration opportunities
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in project management in the technology or digital media industry
- Experience working in an agile process leveraging scrum methods
- Solution oriented attitude and self-motivated personality that enjoys challenges
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP certification is a plus
